A Commanding Presence
In truth, just a “record shot” while waiting for my own Lufthansa 747 departure at Frankfurt. But on examining this Kodachrome, I was reminded of just how commanding an impression is made by the size, form, and grace of the 747-400, even in such a busy milieu as here at Frankfurt, all of which might distract from lesser craft…but not this proud lady in her ever classy LH livery.
I was also content that my “Last Hurrah with the Kodachrome” would include at least one image
of the type of aircraft that has carried me to several favorite photographic destinations in Europe.
