Somehow the song that Kander and Ebb wrote for Liza Minelli got irretrievably attached to this image...

And while I 'm not sure if the man tapping on this replica of the Liberty Bell outside Washington's
Union Station was hearing that tune in his head, I know I will whenever I view it ;-)
